I own a Panasonic SA-HT930 and want to upgrade my DVD changer but use the same sub & speakers. Is it possible? - dvd changer internet selling come full-circle

I have to buy a new DVD changer that has an HDMI input. Can I just this part and the use of the subwoofer, and even speakers? The subwoofer seems to be a proprietary connector to communicate to the connected to the receiver.

Now, I could not find a photo of his unit and was on eBay. It is a unit of time. What to do, watch the speaker cables. There are 2 son glued to each speaker? If so, the son of the positive and negative of each speaker. You can then strip the ends and connect them to a new receiver. However, the non-sub would be fed, you need a separate amplifier for them. Or replace it with another active subwoofer. Then the trouble of searching for a DVD changer. Go ahead and make the upgrade to Blu-ray. The problem with the home theater in a box is that they are flexible. Moreover, it is missing in many of them of the department of quality. They are good for those on a budget, but if you want to start over and really look at a killer home theater, all that garbage. Please update on what I am connected there.
