Making sausage balls? - sausage making equipment
I have several recipes for sausage balls, and I want them for an evening tomorrow night. This is probably a very stupid question, but I prefer to do it and even after losing a lot of expensive food. When using Bisquick to make it, I have a mixture of Bisquick for biscuits as instructed, or just use the normal powder and mix with sausage and cheese package? I do not understand how a stick if you only use the powder ... Please help! Thank you.

Here's my recipe. It will only be used Bisquick mixture of powdered cheese and sausage. I let it sit for a 1 / 2 hours after mixing.
Sausage Balls
3 C. Bisquick
1 pound cheddar cheese
1 pound sausage (I prefer Jimmy Dean Sausage Roll)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. I (my finger) allowed to stand, 1 / 2 hours. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or golden.
Bisquick biscuit tin as the dough, roll and cut, then the sausage mixture inside and then bake ....
Use as a power --
Bisquick on the field there is usually a recipe for sausage balls - if not the recipe and follow it as a powder
Also - if I am in the shop the other day that had pre-made sausage balls in the frozen food section - I think it's Jimmy Dean and Rudy's Farm - which was good - a home-like and target more quickly than do it myself
Here is a recipe for you. Just follow the instructions and you'll get a great result too! Have fun.
1 pound bulk sausage
1 (10 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese (grated)
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
NOTE: The mixture is very dry.
Line baking sheet with foil. Spray with vegetable oil spray.
Press roll mixture into balls 1 inch in his hand. Place on baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
400 * Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until they are brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
No, you use the dry mixture and mix everything
Bisquick Sausage Balls

for 15 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
NOTE:
Sausage balls can be frozen before or after cooking.
If it was frozen and thawed and then heated to 350 degrees F
PS only stupid questions are those asked: o)
They will stay together. I hate it, but they often parties. There are a few important questions that make them much easier. First, make sure you mix the cheese and meat first. Then add the Bisquick, you of course need you Levening agents and type of hydration for ingredients. And you have to mix well. Nothing is more mixed. And the use of his hands into a mass. I have a good blender and still have the same condition as when I use my hands.
